Our policies are designed to provide transparency, protect your privacy, and ensure a safe and trustworthy experience for every customer.

Reservation & Deposit Policy

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any inflatable rental. Your reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total rental balance. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and setup unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

cancellation Policy

Customer cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled event may transfer their deposit to a future rental date within 12 months, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No refunds will be given after the inflatable has been delivered and set up.

Weather Policy

At Bounz Nation Inflatables, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. If severe weather is expected, we are happy to offer either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your rental for a future date. Please note that our inflatable units are not waterproof. Most inflatables have roof openings that serve as emergency exits, which allow rainwater to enter the unit. Light, intermittent showers may not require cancellation; however, children should exit the inflatable immediately when rain begins. The blower should remain running during light rain. Once the rain stops and the inflatable has been dried, children may safely resume play. On days with continuous rain, heavy moisture, or misty conditions, inflatables are generally not safe or enjoyable to use. We will work with you before delivery to determine the best course of action and provide every reasonable opportunity to cancel or reschedule due to weather concerns. Once equipment has been delivered and set up, refunds and rescheduling are no longer available.

Safety Requirements

The renter agrees to provide adult supervision at all times while the inflatable is in use, follow all safety rules provided by Bounz Nation Inflatables, keep food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, silly string, face paint, sharp objects, pets, and shoes off the inflatable, and prevent roughhousing, flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, or unsafe behavior.

Setup Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing a clear, level setup area free of debris, pet waste, rocks, and hazards, ensuring adequate access for delivery and setup, and providing an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location unless a generator rental has been arranged.

Damage & Cleaning Fees

The renter is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, or failure to follow safety rules. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for excessive dirt, mud, food, drinks, gum, confetti, face paint, silly string, or other prohibited materials.

Liability

The renter assumes responsibility for all participants using the inflatable and agrees to release and hold harmless Bounz Nation Inflatables, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of rented equipment.

Right to Refuse Service

Bounz Nation Inflatables reserves the right to refuse setup or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the rental agreement is violated. By placing a reservation and accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this rental.
